Van Dyke Sr. (Sue), Patricia M. Woolard (Robert), Pattie E. Lohrman (Larry) and Sherry L. Sprouse (Michael); and her grandchildren, Amy, Christopher Jr., Kimberly, Elijah, Nichole, Ashley, Ammie, Alex, Austin, Taylor and Buddy. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
