She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Phelps; her parents, Frank E. Thomas and Lucy M. Thomas; and her brothers, John Thomas and Edward Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Phelps (Elaine) and Debbie Sawyer (Michael); her grandchildren, Emily Collier (Daniel), Michael Sawyer Jr. (Miranda Schrum), Jennifer Shirley, Michelle Sawyer (Isaiah Thomas), Melissa Sawyer (Cory Snead) and Mary Phelps; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Madison Shirley; and her grandchildren, Kyle, Sarah, Rosie, Oren Collier, James Sawyer and Hunter Thomas.
