He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Gwaltney Leary; his children, Daniel A. Leary (Anne), Linda G. Doyle (Warren) and Martha Leary Sotelo (Tom); and his parents, Ebenezer B. Leary and Ruth Cartwright Leary.
He is survived by: his sister Annette Barnes (Ray). He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; Juanita's sister.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Liberty Live Church (1021 Big Bethel Rd, Hampton, VA 23666).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Arthur's honor to Liberty Live Church to support the building fund for the new campus in Smithfield, Virginia. Donations can be made by mailing them to the address above.
