She was predeceased by: her husband Arnell Highsmith; her parents, Frederick Moore and Frances Moore; her brothers, Frederick Moore, Jr., Gaylord Moore and Kenneth Moore; and her sons-in-law, Larry L. Perry, Sr. and George N. Taswell, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra H. Perry and Robin H. Taswell. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
