She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bright and Mary Bright; her husband Henry C. Tharp, Sr.; and her siblings, Dessie, Ethel, Eva, Flossie, Fannie, Burley, Robert and Danny.
She is survived by: her children, Regina Tufano (Dan) of Kentucky, Becky Tharp of Hampton, Minnie Tharp of Hampton, Anita Conner (Clint) of Hampton and Henry Jr. of Hampton; her grandchildren, Courtney Bates, Candice Tufano and Tiffany Conner; her great grandchild Autumn Bates; and her sisters, Texie Mallow and Nellie Shreves of Beverly, WVA.
