She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Wassink and Joyce Wassink of Panama; and her brother Larry Wassink. She is survived by: her husband Edward James (Ed); her children, Bretta James Barrera (Efrain) of Hamilton, VA. and Brady James (Kelley) of Reston, VA.; and her granddaughter Taylor Barrera.
