He is survived by: his wife Pamela Spencer "Pam" Holley; his children, Jeff Holley (Denyce), Kaz Holley (Shannon) and Kama Shaw (Jim); his sister Barbara Ann McFadden (Scott); and his grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Laurel, Zane, Gabriel and Addison.
