He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Curtis Sr. and Mary Lillian Poulson Curtis; and his siblings, Gladys "Sicky" Hicks, Bonnie Bundick, William Thomas "Bill" Curtis, Jr. and Thelma "Janie" Adrian.
He is survived by: his brother Stephen W. Curtis of Pompano Beach, FL; his nephews, Larry Harrell and Stephen Curtis; and his niece Michelle Hinman.
