He is survived by: his mother Nancy Barksdale Francis of Halifax; his wife Bobbi Lynn Balducci Francis of Halifax Two; his son Holden Thomas Francis; his stepchildren, Jessica Lynn Balducci and Dustin Noel Kaywood of Halifax Two; and his friends, Robert Bates and Sam McCraw.
