He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Cliborne and Betty Glasscock Cliborne; his siblings, Roy Cliborne and Ruby Cliborne Tolbert; his son Brian Scott Jones; his son-in-law Larry Hale; and his pet Puddin.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Elliott Claiborne; his daughters, Rhonda Hale, Teresa Warren (Ben), Vicky Wilson (Danny) and Whitney Greenway (Tim); his niece Helen Overton; his caregivers, Cindy Conner, Rosa Dixon, Katrena Brooks, Tiffany Brown, Stacie Smith and Connie Marvin; and also, Janet Fisher, Ray, Connie Martin, Dennis and Gail Howell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
