He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Edward; his daughter Sherry Dawn Shepherd; and his brother Luther Douglas Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Owen Shepherd; his daughter Ramona Shepherd Hollingshead (Andrew); his grandsons, Seth Shepherd Daniel (Elizabeth) and Andrew Shepherd Hollingshead (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Hannah of Fort Worth, Texas. and Emi Hollingshead of Fort Worth, Texas..
