He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Jones, Jr. of Lynchburg, Joe Allen Jones of Halifax and Jennet Teresa Jones (John) of South Boston; his grandchildren, LaMorris Jones, Taneisha Venable, LaMoria Jones and Ja'Nashia Jones; his great grandchildren, Sha-Niyah Jones, Ziyahna Venable, Kyheim Penick and Kamryn Jones; his siblings, Catherine Dunkley, Annie Barksdale, Margaret Pounds, Douglas Jones and Jessie Jones; his uncle James Clark of Brookneal, Virginia; his siblings-in-law, Eugene Smith of Crystal Hill, Fred Womack of Richmond, John Kirby of South Boston, Virginia and Virginia Jones of South Boston; and his friends, Judy Ann Hancock and Amos Farrar Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
