It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Francis Hogan of Halifax, Virginia, who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamon Francis and Lelia Cash Francis; her husband Robert Lee Hogan; and her siblings, James Francis, Eleanor Harris and Ruth Jennings.
She is survived by: her children, Angelia Hogan Easley of Halifax, Major Lee Hogan (Valerie) of Parker, CO and Robert Edward Hogan (Frances); her grandchildren, Adam Scearce (Kaitlyn), Daniel Scearce, Brande Tem (Joseph), Austin Hogan, Dillon Hogan and Collen Hogan; her great grandchild Alekzandrea Tem; and her brothers, Clark Francis (Linda) of El Paso, Kenneth Francis of Alton and Host. She is also survived by Nieces and Nephews.
