She is survived by: her son William Jackson "W. J." Long, III (Nancy) of South Boston; her grandchildren, Sarah DeJarnette of South Boston, Cameron Starke (Lee) of Wake Forest, NC, Sami S. Bennett (Tripp) of Scottsburg, Meghan Weatherford of Halifax, Eleanor Weatherford of Halifax and Will Long, IV; her great grandchildren, Olivia Daniels, Bentley Bennett and Chandler Starke; her sisters, Anne Yancey (Russell) of Keysville and Nancy Edwards of Danville; and her nieces and nephews, Ashley Yancey Burton (Jason), Keith Yancey (Amber), Ray Durham, Noah Durham and Tucker Bailess.
