He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Perkins and Lillie Irene Landrum Perkins; his spouse Shirley Ann Shields Perkins; his daughter Robin Perkins Cordova; and his siblings, Douglas McArthur Perkins, Linwood "Pete" Perkins, Woodrow "Whitey" Perkins, Thomas "Tom" Perkins, Mary Perkins and Lillie Mae "Peewee" Perkins Keatts.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Wilborn (Michael) of Halifax; and his grandsons, Adam Wilborn of Alexandria, Cody Wilborn (Mackenzie) of HalifaxSon and Cordova.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Halifax Memorial Gardens (3211 Halifax Rd, South Boston, VA 24592).
