He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Perkins and Ruth Fuller Perkins; and his brother-in-law Thomas James Chappell. He is survived by: his sister Beulah Perkins Chappell of Vernon Hill; his niece Cathy Tate (Sammy) of South Boston; his nephew Jamie Chappell (Tabitha) of Vernon Hill; his great-nieces, Annabella Chappell and Abigail Chappell; his cousin David Hazelwood; and his pets, Jack and Sparky.
