She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence C. Moore and Ruby Jennings Moore; and her spouse Cabell J. Seamster, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Jean M. Hazelwood; her children, Cabell Seamster (Laura), Linda S. Moore (Ellis) and Susan S. Brown (Terry); her grandchildren, Charles Wiley (Shannon), Chris Seamster (Linda Gayle), Rebecca S. Anderson (Kyle) and Riley Seamster (Kensie); her great grandchildren, Dustin McGregor, Caitlin Wiley, Mia Wiley, Christen Seamster, Cole Seamster, Mckenna Anderson and Kennedy Anderson; her sisters-in-law, Nancy P. Moore, Linda C. Moore and Host; her daughter Cynthia Seamster (Cindy); her siblings, Elsie M. Chappell, Clay, Harold, Douglas and Clarence Moore; and her stepbrothers, Billy, Johnny, Lewis, Wesley and Lawrence Chappell. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
