He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parnell and Ida Bellany Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Bertie Williams Parnell; and his children, Terry, Billy, Phillip and Brian. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four sisters.
