She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Thomas Courtney and Lottie Florence Sebra Gill of Lancaster; and her grandson Preston Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Donald Everett "Duck" Carter, Sr.; and her siblings-in-law, David Carter, Elizabeth Carter and Edward Carter.
