With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Engelgau (Hague, Virginia), who passed away on December 9, 2019 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Marjorie Ann VanSkyock; her grandson Eric; and her siblings, Walter, James, Thomas, Mark, Arthur, Jack, Bessie, Jane and Nancy.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Oakes Engelgau (Debra) and Bert Pete Engelgau (Lucy) of Colonial Beach, VA; her sister Estelle Sumner of Powhatan, VA; and her grandchildren, Ronald Jr., Jennifer, Megan, Zachary, Dana and Diana. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
