He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Franklin Ristau and Robert Jamieson; his uncle Terry Ristau; and his cousin Kyle Kiernan. He is survived by: his parents, Craig Ristau and Nancy Ristau; his sister Lindsey Ristau; his grandmothers, Donna Ristau and Dory Jamieson; his girlfriend Kaelyn Gurney; his brothers, Zack Moody and R. J. Tolson; his aunt Kim Marsh; his godmother Tammy Miller; and his uncles, Shawn, Chris Ristau, John Miller and Jeff Jamieson.
Memorial contributions may be made to any of the following organizations that were near and dear to Jacob's heart: American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, National Scoliosis Foundation, or Animal Welfare League.
