She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Kenneth Starbard and Anna Elizabeth Pope Starbard. She is survived by: her husband Robert William Crook; her daughter Shannon Boorstein; her son-in-law Kyle Boorstein; her grandsons, Cameron, Coen and Cooper; her sisters, Donna Rotondo (Larry) and Linda Allers (John); her in-laws, Randy, Mendy Crook, Harold and Pat Crook; and her friends, Becky, Chip Beck, Angie and Jason Cranford.
