Sager Lowery; his daughter Wendy Lowery Padgett (Thomas Padgett); his sister Wilma Borham of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Michael Vandeloecht, Cody Vandeloecht, Austin Vandeloecht, Lillian Padgett and Kara Padgett; his stepchildren, Edward Armstrong of Springfield Virginia, Lynda Peyton of Fredericksburg and Raymond Armstrong of Fredericksburg Virginia; and his grandchildren, Sean Armstrong, Michael Armstrong, Terry Simms, Brandon Simms, Erica Peyton, Maia Armstrong and Reilly Armstrong.
