He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Polsley and Ernestine Polsley (Casey). He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Robinson (Jerry); his grandson Jared Robinson; his brother Christopher Polsley (Rebecca); his aunt Georgine Maynard; his friend Terry Harder (Teresa); his close friends, Jim Haney, Robert Taylor and Mary Polsley Williams; and his caregivers, Diane Welch and Nee Nee Harvey.
