He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hackney and Martha Faye Fields Hackney; and his wife Donna Hackney. He is survived by: his daughters, Jody Lacy, Tammy Autrey and April Bouch; and his sisters, Nell Stevens of Seaside, OR, Martha Newberry of Cleveland, VA and Sharon Hunt.
