She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Allen and Mattie Francis Mullins Allen; her husband Leonard Osborne; and her siblings, Edna Allen, Fannie Blankenship, Pinkie Beavers and Arville Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Deel (Jeffrey) of Prater, VA and Anthony Osborne of Grundy, VA; her siblings, Sylvia Mullins of Grundy, VA, Hilda Kennedy of Grundy, VA, Ira Allen of Grundy, VA and Oliver "Chuck" Allen of Grundy, VA.; her grandchildren, Jordan Wayne Viars and Mickey Ryan Viars; her stepgrandchildren, April Amend and Shannon Deel; her stepgreat-granddaughters, Jeslyn Deel and Emma Amend; and her niece Teresa Lester. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
