He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Lee Keen and Olie Horn of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Martha Gaye Church Keen of Contrary, VA; and his brothers, Richard Lee Keen of Contrary, VA, Don Robin Keen (Tammy) of Honaker, VA and William Edward Keen (Wanda) of Hansonville, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
