He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Steven Allen Hagy, Roger and Kathy Lester. He is survived by: his parents, Steven Kyle Hagy and Kathy Stacy of Hurley, VA.; his grandparents, Mackie Stacy of Hurley, VA, Christina "Chris" Rowe of Hurley, VA and Alicia Smith of Booneville, KY; and his great-grandparents, Randall, Arlene Stacy of Hurley, VA, Vina Dotson of Hurley, VA, Roy, Sandra Scarberry of Phelps, KY, Ernest and Kathy Hagy of Hurley, VA.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Grundy, VA, Sunday, after 6:00 p. m. with evening service to be held at 7:00 p. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
