She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Herb Altizer and Dolores Kay Altizer; her siblings, Christy Altizer and Robert Timothy Altizer; her parents-in-law, Helen Combs Johnson and Harry Joseph Johnson; and her brothers-in-law, Brandon Neece and Ricky Slagle.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick R. Johnson; her children, Zachary Reynolds Johnson (Amanda Lee) and Casey Marie Johnson-Jamora (Roberto Jamora); her siblings, Suzy King (Kenneth King), Cathy Slagle and Mark Altizer; and her brother-in-law Michael J. Johnson (Stephanie Panzera).
