He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Pruitt Jr. and Fannie Pruitt (Boyd). He is survived by: his wife Susan Diane Pruitt (Sage) of Grundy, VA; his children, Samuel Dock Pruitt (Christin Johnson) of Harman, VA and Tabitha Pruitt of Harman, VA; and his close friends, Joe, Bob and Todd Blankenship.
