He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lynn O'Quinn McNiel of Grundy, VA; his children, Lisa Marie McNeil Stacy (Dalton) of Grundy, VA, Robert Wayne McNeil (Adrianna) of El Paso, TX and Eli Luke McNiel of Grundy, VA.; his grandchildren, Isabella Marie McNeil, Ryleigh Aliana McNeil and Weston Grey Stacy; his mother-in-law Alice Carol O'Quinn; and his brothers-in-law, Tim O'Quinn (Joy) of Grundy, VA and Paul Coleman of Grundy, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
