He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rowe and Artie Owens Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Joyce Charles (Donnie) of Fort Myers, FL, Shelia Ryan Justus (Freddie) of Hurley, VA and Ralph W. Rowe Jr. (Paula) of Grundy, VA; and his siblings, Edna Blanche Childress (Ural) of Rosedale, VA and Kermit Rowe of Grundy, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
