He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Wagner and Shirley Wagner; his significant other Tonya Blankenship Moretto; his nieces and nephews, Amber Rhiannon Wagner, Whitley Gabrielle Wagner, Tanner Keith Wagner and Tyler Wayne Reese; his great-niece Braelyn Mckenzie Mullins; his great-nephew Kaiden Gage Mullins; and his aunts, Karen Wagner, Bonnie Childress, Emma Wagner and Betty Murphy Davis.
