She is survived by: her siblings, Roger Mullins (Connie) of Southpoint, Bernard Mullins of Van and Doris June Steele (Jack) of Clintwood, Virginia.; her children, James Oakley Mullins (Monica), Mark Travis Mullins (Melissa) of Kingsport, TN, Anna Mullins Case (Sean) and Tom Dingus; and her grandchildren, Hoyt Wesley Dingus, Ariel Dawn Dingus, Chaz Gilbert, Rachel Kelsy Stillwell, Thomas Holden Dingus and Brianna Laura Ozburn.
