She is survived by: her mother Ida Horn Ward; her husband Glen Alan "Loose Jaw" Smith; her brothers, Jim Ward, Lloyd Ward, Jr. and Those; her daughter Becky Bartley (Sammy) of Grundy, VA; her siblings, Nancy Beasley of Keen Mountain, VA and Milton Ward (Joann) of Belfast, VA; her grandson Keegan Bartley (Katelyn) of Grundy, VA; her great grandchild Bowen Winston Bartley; her nieces and nephews, Regina Ward (Gerald), Teresa Smith, Tim Ward (Donna), Gary Ward and James Ward; her great-nephew Keith Ward (Tammy Dotson); her stepdaughter Pam Smith (Delvin) of Riverbank, CA; her close friends, Genetta Looney, Alma Ruth Rife and Evalena Mutter; her aunts, Creda Horn, Helen Meadows and Assistant; and her caregiver Krystal Houk.
