She is survived by: her son Michale Maxwell (Jo Ann); her brother Lynn West (Bobbie); her grandchildren, Babetta Phipps (Jonathon) and Michael Maxwell, II (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Ariel Altizer (Joe) and Ayden Maxwell; and her great great grandchildren, Raylan Maxwell and Lane Hurley.
