She is survived by: her spouse Louit "Buz" Owens of Grundy, VA; her daughter Nicole Owens Blackmon (Brad) of Jefferson, GA; her grandson Todd Blackmon of Jefferson, GA; her siblings, Gene Belcher of Grundy, VA, Doug Belcher of Delaware, OH and Phyllis Stevens of Delaware, OH.; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Frye, Carol Simmons, Wilma Smith, Ivy Greene, Janie Owens and Pam Fleming.
