He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Rowe and Gracie Rowe of Grundy; his son Larry Scott Rowe; and his siblings, Ray, Jim Rowe, Shelby Keene and Reba Woosley.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Michael; his grandchildren, Sam and Haley Melton; his brothers, Roger (Dianne Rowe), Bill (Helen Rowe), Delano Rowe of Florence and Denny Rowe of Abingdon, Virginia; his stepgrandsons, Anthony and Evan Schmitt of Waxhaw; and his niece Janet Rowe-Nunley of Rienzi, Mississippi. He is also survived by his wife of 50 years, his soulmate.
Due to new Covid-19 guidelines, visitation is limited to a maximum of 25 persons at a time. As always for all events, face masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
