He is survived by: his children, Kylie Kelly (Anthony) of Roanoke, VA and James BoShannon Ward of Roanoke, VA; his siblings, James Moore (Dee Dee), Terry Keaton (Karen), Sheilah Cordill Boyd of Tazewell, VA and Donna Keaton; his grandchildren, Tyler Kelly and Deanna Kelly; and his nieces and nephews, Chris Lane, Josh Stiltner (Rachel), Heather Walker, Mindy Pitts, April Keaton, James David Boyd, John Moore, Ryan Moore, Ashley Owsley, Billy Owsley and Matthew Owsley.
