He is survived by: his parents, Ellen McClanahan of Grundy, VA. and Stiltner; his children, Justin McClanahan (Laken) and Ashley Rice (Shane); his siblings, Lisa Blankenship (Jim), Anita Owens-Lowe (Paul) and James McClanahan (Marie); his grandchildren, Emma, Aubrey Rice, Jacob, Madison, Kade McClanahan and Hailee Lester; and his close friend Rick Blankenship.
