He is survived by: his sister Kathy Adkins (Sherman) of Grundy, VA; his nephew Brandon Gage Tester of Grundy, VA; his nieces, Christy Price of Williamson, WV, Melissa Crum of Williamson, WV, Cassandra Dingus and Catie McClure of Box Springs, GA.; and his close friends, Billy Duty, Bobby Cline, Jimbo, Lynn Chapman, Greg Smith and Ronald Smith.
