He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Justus and Lucy Justus (May); his grandparents, Larkin, Victoria Charles Justus, Basil and Daisy Dotson May; and his siblings, Raymond, Grover, Jerry, Roosevelt Justus, Josie Lynchfield, Alphie Jackson, Dolly and Cora Justus.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Gale Jackson Justus; his children, Elizabeth (Joey Stiltner), Mechelle (Charlie Dotson), Joey (Alison Justus) and Joshua (Melissa Justus); his grandchildren, Deanna, Justin Blankenship of Grundy, VA, Anthony Stiltner, Marissa Scammell of Hurley, VA, Zach, Ashley Dotson of Grundy, VA, Keaton Dotson, Peyton Sparks of Grundy, VA, Carson Justus of Christiansburg, VA, Lexi Justus, Jackson Lester of Hurley, VA, Lindsay Justus and Hayden Justus of Hurley, VA; his great grandchildren, Aurora Stiltner of Hurley, VA, Landon Blankenship of Grundy, VA, Lucy Dotson of Grundy, VA, Reece Stacy of Hurley, VA and Rylee Keen of Grundy, VA; and his siblings, Harold Dean Justus of Hurley, VA, Claudie (Stella Justus), Donald Justus of Tazewell, VA, Shirley Baugh of Belfast, VA, Charlene Justus of Hurley, VA, Louise Jackson of Hurley, VA and Barbara (Randy Stiltner).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Grundy Funeral Home (22208 Riverside Dr, Grundy, VA 24614). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
