He was predeceased by: his parent Lonzo Donald Hodge; his son Samuel Heath Hodge; his sister Sherry Keene; and his father-in-law Lawrence Raymond Cook. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Anise Sanders Hodge of Statesville, NC; his wife Cynthia Lynn Cook Hodge of Grundy, VA; his children, Jordan Taylor Lowe (Tyler) of Roanoke, VA, Haley Brianna Hodge of Grundy, VA and Eric Matthew Hodge (Lacey) of Chesapeake, VA; his sisters, Denise Honaker (Dale) of Oak Island, NC and Amy Horn of Statesville, NC.; his mother-in-law Barbara Ann Hale (Clayton) of Rowe, VA; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
