He is survived by: his wife Ruby Rife (Kiser); his son Gary Rife (Jane) of Badin, NC; his granddaughters, Lindsay Rife of Austin, TX and Meredith Rife of Nashville, TN; his nephews, Donnie Rife (Ruthie) of Whitewood and Ronnie Rife (Carla) of Oakwood; and his niece Lesa Wagner (Rodney) of Salem.
