He is survived by: his wife Fredia Carol Bailey Dobbs of White Mountain, VA; his brothers, Randall Dobbs (Ray Keene) of Paynesville, WV, Ricky Dobbs (Barbara) of Princeton, WV, Freddie Dobbs (Fina) of Hillsville, VA, Stanley Dobbs (Liz) of Atwell, WV and Chris Dobbs (Stephanie) of Jolo, WV.; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Dobbs of Knoxville, TN, Kaitlyn Cline (Corey) of Jolo, WV, Daniel Dobbs of Jolo, WV, Bryce Dobbs of Jolo, WV, Emily Dobbs of South Carolina, James Dobbs of South Carolina and Alex Dobbs of Richlands, VA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews and friends.
The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Keen Mountain, VA, Saturday, from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour of 1:00 p. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
