He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Belcher and Ocea Belcher (Ramey); his sisters, Phyllis Stevens and Mary Kay Owens; his sister-in-law Ruth Belcher; and his nephew Kenny Belcher.

He is survived by: his brother Doug Belcher; his brother-in-law Louit Owens; and his nieces, Melissa Kirby, Jean Kay Stover, Lorrie Oiler and Nicole Blackmon. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
