She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Mullins and Spicey Stacy Mullins; her husband Claude V. Shelton; her daughter Sherry Lynn Harris; and her siblings, Edwin, Edison, Ernest, Vaughn Mullins and Olivie Blankenship.
She is survived by: her son Claude Neal Shelton (Cathy) of Homosassa, FL; her sister Audra Mullins of Grundy, VA; her grandson Eric Scott Miller of Johnson City, TN; and her great grandchild Kailee Noel Miller of Johnson City, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
