He is survived by: his children, Carol Whitehead of Lexington, Rita Osborne of Lexington and Curtis Osborne (Linda) of Grundy Virginia; his grandchildren, Kelly Hurley (Keevin) and Michael Osborne (Kris) of Roanoke, VA; his great grandchild Landon Kase Hurley; and his sister Bonnie McClanahan.
