She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Looney and Creety Ratliff Looney; her husband Dolphis Reed Stiltner; and her children, Shirley Fuller, Kathleen Williams, Brenda K. Stiltner and Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Loraine Mayer (Bruze) of Hudison, OH, Emma Jean Jones (Bill) of Afton, TN, Mary Janice Skeens (Randall) of Grundy and Freddie Stiltner (Paula) of Grundy, VA; and her siblings, Grethel Ryan of Tazewell, VA and Stuart Looney of Grundy, VA.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
