He is survived by: his wife Barbara Vestal Rife of Grundy, VA; his sons, Jeff Rife (Karen) of Clifton, VA and Rick Rife (Lesley) of Manassas Park, VA; his daughter-in-law Kristen J. Rife of Woodlawn, VA; his siblings, Bonnie Smith (Carl) of Abingdon, VA and Freddie Rife (Mary) of Abingdon, VA.; and his grandchildren, Brady Rife, Taylor Rife, Oliver Rife and Isobella Rife. He is also survived by friends and his coworkers.
